TECHNICAL PHONE SUPPORT

Technical phone support is available Mon - Fri from 8am to 5pm by calling +675 321 4322 (Port Moresby) or +675 472 4311 (Lae).

New Global Internet users are entitled to 30 minutes of free phone support for installation and configuration of their PC. This includes configuration of the modem, preferred browser and email software.

ONSITE ASSISTANCE

We offer onsite support for all customers.

Global TechnolGlobal Internet provides onsite support to new and existing customers for re-installation, installation and/or re-configuration of hardware and/or software at half hourly rates. Visit our Other Fees page for more information.

A minimum call out may be applicable for fee all onsite assistance.
