| ONSITE INSTALLATION: NEW USER | K100.00 per 30 minutes | On-site installation and configuration for new users. (Port Moresby only, other locations please consult your local reseller). |
| PHONE SUPPORT: CURRENT USERS | K50.00 per 30 minutes | Phone support with regards to re-installation and/or re-configuration of hardware and/or software for current users. |
| ONSITE SUPPORT: | K100.00 per 30 minutes | Onsite support for each PC with regards to re-installation, installation and/or re-configuration of hardware and/or software for current users. (Port Moresby only, other locations please consult your local reseller). |
| RECONNECTION FEE | K25.00 | Reconnection fee for suspended accounts. |
